- Myself
- I am good with technology
- Overwhelming emphasis on customer service/satisfaction
- My brother who is much better with technology
- My father, who has owned his own businesses and has always taught me that the customer comes first.
- The people that we will hire. I only want to hire people that are loyal and a genuinely good people.
- Low start-up costs
- Not much experience with designing apps.
- Being able to admit I can’t do something and being able to hire someone that can do the job the best.
I think that my top resource will be customer service/satisfaction. Even though there are plenty of businesses that pride themselves on customer service, we are going to go above and beyond to make sure that we are the absolute best. This will create a customer base that is loyal and will encourage them to go tell others about our great service.
I like your list of advantages, but I'd like to know how you plan on expounding on these. What does you being good with technology present for your company? What do you plan to do to specifically work with customer service? What do these advantages do to help your business specifically?
ReplyDeleteI think you did a very good job listing your unfair advantages. The entire post was to the point, and I thought you worded all of it well. The post could have been a little longer, but I feel that you did what was expected of you.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing you forgot was the VRIN analysis. But I think you chose great resources, these are going to be very useful in starting your company. Customer satisfaction is a great focus for your business! During my first interview for my first job my manager asked me what is something to always remember as an employee, I replied, "The customer is always right.." and he finished with, "even when they are wrong." That is 100% accurate and something that has stuck with me since. Good job!
