- Five ways that I think I am unique:
- I am very hard working
- I am willing to do anything that is needed of me.
- I am willing to step outside of my comfort zone to get tasks finished.
- I am a great learner and believe I can learn to do almost anything. I think this is a great skill to have because it makes me very diverse in what I can do with a job.
- I am extremely loyal and have great character. I see these as two of the most important qualities that a person can have. One thing that I have always told myself is that when I have a business of my own, I will hire good people that will remain loyal to my company.
- Interview:
- I was only able to do one interview because no other people that really know me were in Gainesville. My family live in a different town and most of my close friends are home for the summer. The interview that I did record is with my girlfriend, Robyn. She knows me better than anyone so I think that her opinion will be better than anyones.

- Summary: Robyn’s main points were that I am a very hard working person. Another one of her main points is that I don’t quit things that I start. She also said that I am an influential person.
- One thing that both me and the interviewee said is that I am a hard working person. I am glad that the person I interviewed said this because it reaffirms what I think of myself. One thing that I did not put that she mentioned was that I am influential. I never really saw myself as an influential person, but now that I think about it I might actually be.

Hey A.J. I like how you are confident in your efforts. It shows determination. Re-affirmation is also something everyone enjoys to feel. I think you chose a great person to interview and one that was able to showcase who you really are. You also listed some great traits.

ReplyDeletePersonally, I think having a good work ethic is one of the best traits a person can have. I have never really put much into if I am influential or not, but that is a very good compliment to receive. It is good that you are so aware of your traits as well, good job!
ReplyDeleteI do think you are an individual who can pick up on new task relatively quickly. It is evident to me that you are not someone who is scared or intimated by any new thing that is thrown at him. Also, I can see that all your hard work in every single assignment and I know it is paying off.
Being proactive, willing to try new things, and a fast learner are all aspects vital to being a good entrepreneur. You seem to have yourself together pretty well, especially hearing about you from your girlfriend's perspective. I applaud you on pulling together what you could with what resources you had.

ReplyDeleteLoyalty is really hard to come by these days when everyone is just looking to benefit themselves. Good for you. I would definitely hire someone like you.
